I began taking care of my mom and her mobility needs in 2022. I have a new awakening to how people with disabilities are treated. Often there is a lack of empathy and consideration for the customers convenience, time, money, safety, and security. I have reached out to Comfy Go is at least 3 times about the x-90 power wheelchair for replacement parts and for tech help. Each time the customer reps were empathetic and did their very best. With their consistency I trust they are the same with all their customers. I was always able to get someone on the phone with ease and very quickly. Each time we were well taken care of in a short matter of time with the issue being fixed with a week or so. I love and appreciate Comfy Go. I would recommend any product from them without hesitation.
We just purchased the Phoenix model for my husband, Scott, who has MS. We upgraded from a manual wheelchair to an electric because I’m unable to push his manual chair very far. We love to travel and walk . Now, my husband will be able to enjoy travel and being with me when I walk on vacation. The chair is lightweight and compact enough that I can fold it and put it in the backseat of my car. It’s great for the airport too as he can use it all the way to the gate and then gate check it. We no longer have to wait for an agent to be able to push.

Experienced major issue with wife’s IQ-9000 while away from home on travel. Fortunately I was with her and able to move her manually. Contacted ComfyGo & they quickly responded with what they felt the issue was based on error code & are sending replacement part on expedited delivery. Superb customer service!!
