Battery and Charger

  • X-9 comes in two battery options, a 288WH (24 volt, 12AH) lithium-ion or a 480WH (24 volt, 20AH) lithium-ion.
  • The 12AH battery is airline and cruise approved and delivers a range up to 15 km (10 mile).
  • The 20AH battery is not airline or cruise approved and delivers a range up to 25 km (17 mile). The battery charging time is for each battery is 6 to 8 hours.
  • The X-9 battery can be charged with a regular home outlet.
  • The charging details for each battery (12AH or 20AH) are AC 100 – 240 Volt, 50 Hertz, at 1.5 – 5 amperes.
  • The X-9 comes with a standard 24V 2A charger in the box.
  • For quicker charging times, we recommend the 24V 3A charger for the long range 20AH battery. The 24V 3 charger is sold separately.

Range

  • The highly efficient lithium-ion battery provides plenty of range.
  • The 12AH battery delivers up to 15 km / 10 miles.
  • The 20AH battery delivers up to 25 km / 17 miles.

Motors

  • The X-9 auto reclining chairs comes with two 250W engines. Each motor works independently, and they provide a total motor power of 500W.
  • The motor torque is 1.1Nm giving these motors the power to climb angles up to 6 degrees.

Intelligent Electromagnetic Brakes

Travel Friendly

  • The X-9 is a foldable travel wheelchair. The 12AH (288) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.

Automatic Reclining Backrest & Lifting Leg Rests

  • The X-9 is available with an optional auto reclining feature. At its full upright position, there is a 10° angle on the backrest. By using the joystick controller or remote control, the backrest will recline up to 55° from the upright position.
  • The reclining feature of the X-9 provides additional comfort to the user and should only be used when the wheelchair is stationary. Do not use the recline feature while the chair is in motion as this could lead to tipping and severe injuries.
  • Featuring independent control of the backrest and right/left leg rests, this wheelchair provides a customized experience for every user.

Controller (Joystick)

  • The X-9 chair is equipped with a weather resistant 360-degree joystick controller.
  • The controller contains the power on/off button, the speed selection buttons, the horn button, the battery level display, backrest reclining selection button, lifting legrests selection buttons and the 360-degree joystick controller.
  • If your X-9 supports the auto reclining feature, your controller will also include the recline and upright buttons.

Cushion & Backrest

  • Experience added comfort and easy maintenance with the breathable cushion and backrest of our electric wheelchair.
  • The X-9 electric wheelchair is designed for maximum comfort.

Remote Controller

  • The X-9 comes with a remote controller. The remote control allows you to maneuver the chair, adjust the speed, honk the horn, and recline the chair (if applicable). The remote control works at distances up 30 feet.

Speed

  • The X-9 has five speed selections and a limited top speed of 6 km/h (4 mph).
  • The five speed selections will deliver 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, or 100% of the maximum speed with speed one being 20% of maximum speed and speed five being 100% of maximum speed.

Weer een blij klant er bij

Heb helaas wegens ALS een rolstoel moeten aanschaffen want wat je van de gemeente krijgt voldoet niet aan me eisen. Heb na lang speuren op internet twee stoelen gevonden waarvan ook de reviews goed waren. Na uren van youtube video's te hebben bekeken heb ik toch voor X9 gekozen. Doorslag was de verstelbaar voetsteunen en rugleuning. Afgelopen vrijdag avond besteld en de volgende dag op zaterdag had ik al contact met de verkoper met een indicatie van het leverdatum. Zeer verast dat het zelfs in het weekend nog met me contact gezocht is maar was zeker heel blij mee. Vanmorgen heb ik Comfygo een bericht gestuurd of ze al wisten welke dag de levering plaats zal vinden, namelijk vandaag (maandag) of morgen. Gelijk werd me mededeelt dat ze vandaag al langs kwamen, natuurlijk al weer was ik zeer blij. Meneer kwam aan en zich netjes voorgesteld, vroeg waar hij de stoel voor me in elkaar zou zetten. Tijdens het monteren van de stoel legt hij stap voor stap alles uit en geeft goede tips wat wel en niet te doen en waar op te letten bij gebruik. Ook legt hij uit als er problemen zijn ik altijd meteen met ze contact kan opnemen.
Na zijn werk te hebben uitgevoerd heeft hij netjes de doos en verpakkingsmateriaal meegenomen zo dat wij daar niet naar om hoefde te kijken, weer een stukje service in mijn ogen. Heb de halve middag in mijn stoel rondgereden in de woning, me dochter en me vrouw gek gemaakt met de claxon haha. Eindelijk kan ik nu beetje achter over leunen en me benen om hoog zetten. Heb niets anders te zeggen dan dat dit een geweldig product is, doet wat het belooft en zeer zeker zijn prijs waard, en over ComfyGo............ een en al top, zeer vriendelijk, attent, ga zo door bij al je klanten, weet zeker dat anderen het net zo zullen waarderen als ik. Bedankt :)

De rolstoel werd netjes gemonteerd geleverd door het bedrijf zelf met een goede mondelinge uitleg erbij. Via de app was het goed communiceren en werd je op de hoogte gehouden wanneer de levering zou plaats vinden. Ook op vragen werd er snel gereageerd.

We hebben er twee gekocht en werden binnen vier dagen thuis afgeleverd door de door de verkopende met duidelijke uitleg en op een afgesproken tijdstip en dat was om 19.30 uur.
Ze zijn heel handelbaar acceleratie van 25 km instelbare snelheid.

1. Can I turn my wheelchair on or turn off with the remote control?

No. The wheelchair’s power must be turned on before the remote control is turned on. This allows the controller to pair with the chair.

2. Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled?

Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. When your wheelchair arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts.

3.Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise?

Yes. The 12AH (288WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.

4. Can I operate my wheelchair with the backrest in the reclined position?

The wheelchair will still operate if the backrest is reclined. However, we do not recommend moving your wheelchair while reclined as this could lead to tipping and severe injuries.

5. I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my chair?

Yes. Comfygo X-9 wheelchair can operate like a manual wheelchair. To do so, make sure the power is off, then disengage both motors by pulling the levers on each motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your wheelchair to free wheel mode.

6. Does my remote control come paired with my chair?

7. Can I silence the beeping sound my wheelchair makes while reversing?

Yes. To remove the beeping noise, press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the top speed then hold the button down until you see the amber light in the middle of the display. Quickly press the horn button and the beeping will stop. Repeat these steps if you want the beeping sound back.

8. Does the armrest raise?

Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier exchange or to make it easier to push you chair closer to a table

9. How do I charge the battery?

The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery. The charge time for an empty battery is 6-8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power outlet.

10. Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?

Yes. The controller will be setup on the right side of the wheelchair, but it can be easily moved to the left side.

11. Does my wheelchair come with a warranty?

Yes, Comfygo X-9 wheelchair comes with a standard 3-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.

12. Can I use my wheelchair on dirt and grass?

Yes. Comfygo X-9 can traverse low grass and compacted dirt with ease.

The serial number can be found in three places, on the frame near the footrest, in the product manual, and on the box the wheelchair was shipped in.
