In line with our motto Comfygo makes life easier, we offer you a free demo and test service at
your address. One of our experienced consultants will bring the product to you, explain its features,
answer your questions and accompany you on the test drive. There is no pressure or obligation to
buy immediately. Thus, you will have the opportunity to make the right choice. Please complete and

Is shipping free of charge?

In how many days do you deliver the product?
We deliver your order usually within 5 days.

Does the product come pre-installed?
Our wheelchairs arrive fully assembled in the box. You only need to insert the joystick controller into
the armrest.
Our mobility scooters arrive pre-assembled and can be fully assembled with a few small taps.

Do you have travel-friendly products?
Yes, most of our products are travel-friendly. They are smart, innovative, newly designed, and
airline-approved. All necessary and most safety features come as a default. You can take them
whenever you want. With just a few simple actions that can be folded very compactly. Due to their
lightweight and compact nature, easily fit into the trunk of standard-sized vehicles or in public
transport.

What are your warranty terms?
We trust and stand behind the high quality of our products. All batteries have a six-month warranty.
Spare parts have a one-year warranty. Frames have a three-year warranty. We are always at your
service for your satisfaction.

Is it possible to get an extra warranty?
Yes. We have extended warranty options that cover a longer period and get home repair service.

What are the return conditions?
