Have a few minor issues but customer service is awesome and fast to ship replacement parts, and they are on the way, chair is very comfortable and nice looking will be glad to take it for a spin as soon as the replacement controller arrives.
I thoroughly enjoy the freedom my electric chair gives----not waiting for an attendant to give me a push to a dining room or activity. I had a problem while still under warrenty. The Tech team sent a battery and when that didn't work a Charger quickly. Good service!
Thanks to the wheelchair I can move anywhere.
Excellent customer service.
Purchased for my Mom to take day trips from Assisted living. It gives her the freedom she once had. She picked up on the operation quickly.. As an engineer I am pleased with the build. No complaints at this point.
