It was easy to order parts, and the website was easy to navigate.
Our scooters are required in and out of our school building, as it is hard to navigate. Our campus resides on 75 acres. We use 4 scooters to get around. So it is important to get from point A to point B quickly to address service issues. We need to keep them in top working order.
This is our second majestic chair and it is the only chair that my wife will use. Comfortable and easy to maneuver are features that keeps us coming back. Also tech support is very important to us and they are spot on when parts are needed.
I purchased the IQ-9000 without the auto-recline. This is an excellent wheel chair and ordering the extra width made the chair extremely comfortable. The remote control is very convenient to use. The assembly is fast and easy and the folding the unit to place in a truck is very easy and efficient.
The only recommendation I would suggest is a security feature to lock the wheel chair due to theft. We mainly used this wheel chair at the theme parks (DisneyWorld, Universal) and would like a feature (key or 4 digit code) to lock down the wheel chair when the individual is away from the chair.
