I got the IQ 8000, wider version. Just received it yesterday but am loving it so far! Just feels more sturdy, it’s quiet, and more comfortable than previous chairs I’ve had. I haven’t folded it and tried to put it in my vehicle yet, but so far, so good!
Bought this chair for my husband. This chair replaced an older non folding chair which we needed a ramp to get in and out of vehicle. My husband loves the electric folding feature. It is comfortable and easy to travel with. I had one issue it was shipped without the battery. Jorge from customer service was excellent and expedited the battery. Received it next day. He even called me to make sure I received it and I knew how to operate the chair. I would highly recommend.
