Ordered my new Majestic wheelchair on Amazon when my current chair (Easy Wheels brand) broke at one of the welded joints after about 3 years of every day use. As a frequent travelerI use my electric chair on many trips. Was thrilled to receive my chair quickly and am back on the go! Thanks to Comfygo’s efficient service I am mobile and most important able to take my beloved beagle on his daily two mile walks again.
My husband is 85 and due to arthritis and heart issues his mobility is really limited. We’ve been looking for a power chair that was sturdy enough to hold his 275lb frame but light enough that I (106lbs) could get in our SUV. The Phoenix meets all of our needs! Jay at Comfygo in Chino couldn’t have been more helpful and answered all our questions. I’m a PT with extensive experience in ordering power chairs for my clients so believe me, I had a LOT of questions! The Phoenix will open up my husband’s world and enable him to go places he otherwise couldn’t. We are excited to travel again!
This chair has been wonderful for my mom. One feature she really likes is that she can raise or lower the leg rests on her own while sitting in her chair since they're electric. The reclining option has also been fantastic because her condition causes her to lean forward but being able to recline her just a bit has solved that for her. The chair is very comfortable and very well built. The functionality and ease of use has made this money well spent for her. Very pleased!

We used our lift with no problems or issues for the first 10 months we owned it. We then had an issue with structural integrity of one of the supporting arms. Comfy Go fully and completely honored their warranty and are sending us a new replacement lift. A quality product and a quality company!
